Garden Suites/ADU's:
Though a newer sector for AD Custom Homes, our Garden Suites and ADUs are rapidly becoming a thriving part of our business, reflecting a growing trend in the construction industry. Adding a garden suite or ADU is often a more advantageous option than a traditional home extension, providing separate living spaces for family members or elders while also creating valuable rental opportunities. With our extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (O.B.C.), along with a dedicated team of architects, engineers, designers, and builders, we are well-equipped to excel in this market.
