Though a newer sector for AD Custom Homes, our Garden Suites and ADUs are rapidly becoming a thriving part of our business, reflecting a growing trend in the construction industry. Adding a garden suite or ADU is often a more advantageous option than a traditional home extension, providing separate living spaces for family members or elders while also creating valuable rental opportunities. With our extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (O.B.C.), along with a dedicated team of architects, engineers, designers, and builders, we are well-equipped to excel in this market. Additionally, we collaborate closely with realtors to offer flexible financing options, helping ease the burden of construction costs.
Restoration Services
After Disaster Restorations

With years of experience as project managers and estimators in the restoration industry, we’ve seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and where the industry is headed. That’s why we launched ADR After Disaster Restorations, a division of AD Custom Homes dedicated entirely to restoration work. We understand the fast-paced demands of insurance claims, KPIs, and the importance of getting homeowners back into their homes as quickly as possible—without cutting corners. Our expertise in reading insurance estimates, catching missed scope items, and ensuring seamless communication between all parties makes us the future of restoration contracting. With ADR, insurance vendors and homeowners get a partner who prioritizes efficiency, quality, and transparency, setting a new standard for restoration services.
